According to @EmberCN, the hacker responsible for the $23 million theft from Bitrue Exchange in April 2023 has resumed on-chain activity after a year, selling 150 billion SHIB tokens for 1,090.4 ETH ($1.97M) and 135 million HOT tokens for 76.5 ETH ($0.14M).
